After skipping the conference last year to take care of some emergency family health issues, I’m returning to Montreat in the beautiful Blue Ridge for some picking, singing, gathering and learning at SERFA, which has grown over the past few years...but not like kudzu, thank goodness. I will be playing at least two private showcases (either Thur. or Sat. in the Texas Sugarbabies room and Fri. night in the Uncorked Lounge...and you know there’ll be chocolate in the former and primo vino in the latter). More details as they become available. Of course, they’re not “private” if you’re attending the conference or buying an evening pass!
